Autumn is officially here! and by that I mean I had my first pumpkin spice latte of the season, and it was amazing.

Since I did my nail picks post the weather started warming back up, and then we got some heavy rain, so the Fall feeling has been a bit dampened (pun intended). Even so, I’m hardly going to let a little rain and a few nights without power stop me from enjoying my favorite time of year.

Today I wanted to share my top 5 lipsticks(and gloss) for Autumn.

So let’s get started!

BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Butter Gloss in Best Dressed

I really like the BareMinerals glosses, they feel lovely on and aren’t super sticky. This one is a beautiful berry color and has a hint of peppermint giving it a cooling feel.

Younique Lipstick in Loaded

This is a beautiful lipstick, and the formula is soft and creamy, and very pigmented. This is more of a dark rosy berry color if that makes any sense.

NYX Butter Lipstick in Ripe Berry

This lipstick is a lot like the Younique one I just mentioned except it is a touch more purple and a little more buttery.

Clinique A Different Lipstick in A Different Grape

In case you didn’t notice I’m quite a fan of creamy lipstick. This one is one of my all time favorite berry shades. It’s quite rosy and is not quite as bold as the last two I mentioned.

Ulta Beauty Matte Lipstick Patel

This is the only matte lipstick on this list and that’s because I’m not the biggest fan of matters. This lipstick is a beautiful dark dusky rose color, and as far as the formula goes it’s very comfortable and not drying like I find a lot of matte lipstick to be.

I know these lipsticks are all very similar but what can I say I know what I like, but seriously, they are all gorgeous in there own right.

What is your favorite lipstick for Autumn?

  6. I can’t wait to get some new Autumnal lipstick colours! I also prefer creamy-lipsticks rather than the more matte ones you get, however, I can totally see why you included Ulta Beauty Matte Lipstick Patel – it’s such a beautiful shade. What a beautiful palette of autumnal lippy swatches!
